We offer free returns for all orders within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Complete the Return Contact Form: Fill out the Return Contact Form. Provide your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Receive Instructions and Return Label: If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RAN inside the package and ship it back to us using the provided return label.

Inspect and Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@newyorkwatchoutlet.com.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your watch must meet the following conditions:

The watch must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., warranty cards, manuals, etc.) must be included.

The watch must not have been resized, engraved, or otherwise modified.
Please note: Not all returns will be automatically accepted. Returns must qualify based on the conditions above. If the item does not meet these requirements, it may be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Watches
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@newyorkwatchoutlet.com We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund.
